Our NEW knives are from Seki City, Japan which is famous for producing the traditional Samurai sword and fine Japanese cutlery.
These knives feature extraordinarily thin blades; consisting of 16 layers of the highest quality SUS410 Stainless Steel, with a V-KIN 10 GO Stainless layer in the center.
Each blade is finely ground, tempered, and sharpened with a Suminagashi and Tsuchi-Me Hammered finish, with a beautiful polished Mahogany handle and Stainless-Steel Ferrule.
